Iv heard it all about beef and what ever stew but prune juice…sure throw some milk of magnsiea and senakot in to be on the safe side

I add stock pot to my stock pot so my stock pot is real stock potted.

Aw, c'mon, people, Marco is a great cook...I have two of his cookbooks, which I frequently use. And for those of us not making our own stocks, don't be so disparaging -- I use Knorr products. Admittedly, does seem like a lotta olive oil and from cost as well as taste, I would only use minimally.

I was watching this thinking what on earth is going on with all this ridiculous amount of stock cubes. Then he mentioned Knorr at the end. Say no more.
Man, the way he shakes the olive oil out of the bottle is almost as if he’s getting mad it’s not coming out fast enough

You guys roasting him for the oil are forgetting the fact that it's the only thing that makes the soup have any substance whatsoever. Otherwise it would just be boiled vegetables in water with stockpots.

I love how when he spills the olive oil at 4:21, you can see a tiny flame flare up in the corner of the frame
My favorite part is him saying "the carrots-" fully expecting to finish the sentence with "have softened." He takes a bite. The sentence becomes "The carrots.... are cooking."
I do like Marco and this soup (without too much olive oil). But, I think he's missed a marketing opportunity here. He should advertise the brand of olive oil as well.

Good god man! You added 4 stock pots to 6.5 cups of water. One stock pot per 3.5 cups water. That's some serious sodium at 1800 grams per pot.
How to roast spuds boil for seven minutes, cool down for at lest one hour. Put vegetable oil for seven minutes then put in the spuds in the oven gas mark 7 for about 30 minutes then turn around the spuds on the tray.for another 30 minutes. Job done.
If Marco's mother had never met his father, the world would never have had Marco.
So basically this is an advert for a stock cube.

I wonder if he has stocks in stock pots and whether he has a stock pile of stock pots at home in case stocks of stock pots run dry! He is brilliant!
It's not a good soup, it is not
marco looking the camera in the eye and saying what's best to do, while he's got to cook with a prep kitchen's utensils for a commercial. culinary youtube has come a long way
You can't make a strong veg stock in 25 minutes, that's just nonsense. All you end up tasting in this will be the stock pod. If he would not add the stock pod, he would just taste plain water with a hint of veg. I wonder how much dignity Marco lost when shooting this dogshit.
